Our Process
Our job is simple. We gather performance metrics data and create a digital player profile for each player to use with scouts and coaches as a reference and promotional tool. Once the data is compiled, reviewed and published, players received a detailed report that outlines development opportunities with referrals to MBA's established partners. Each player is referred to elite training and development within MBA's network of former professional baseball players, trainers and instructors. The value of high level performance expertise lies in helping each player to make the gains in the areas where the player may be deficient. Our focus on building five tool players.
What are the five tools?
Simply put, the five tools are areas that scouts use to analyze the abilities of players. Scouts and managers will always look at these five areas and rank players based on them. The five tools of baseball help teams determine the potential effectiveness of players.
